Actress Lark Voorhies, famous for playing "Lisa" on five seasons of "Saved By The Bell," today only vaguely resembles her former sitcom self.
After a recent interview on Yahoo's "The Yo Show" (see below video) revealed an out of sorts, rambling and nearly unrecognizable Voorhies, rumors started to swirl that the 38-year-old actress was on drugs, or has had loads of plastic surgery.

The claims were only made more substantial after Voorhies then gave an interview to People magazine, in which "it was clear something wasn't right ... [Voorhies] would frequently stop mid-sentence and stare off, often mumbling to herself or to others who weren't there."
But Voorhies' mother, who lives with her daughter in Pasadena, tells People that the odd behavior isn't a result of drugs or alcohol, but that her daughter has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

"There are things that have traumatized her," her mother Tricia revealed to the mag. "I care deeply about my daughter and I want her to resume her life."
But Voorhies denies the claims, saying her mother is "over-loving" and explains her vacant stares and rambling moments were the result of catching her in "moments of pray."
But her former "Saved By the Bell" co-star Dustin Diamond, aka Screech, also told People after a recent reunion spread, "I was always used to playing off of her and looking into her eyes ... When I saw her at the commentary, it wasn't the Lark I knew."
